Wald.ai Enables Secure AI Access at Work with TD SYNNEX Partnership and Availability on Google Cloud Marketplace
PALO ALTO, Calif. — July, 29, 2025 — Wald, Inc., the context intelligence company for enterprise AI, today announced a strategic partnership with TD SYNNEX, a leading global distributor and solutions aggregator, and its availability on Google Cloud Marketplace.
Wald is now available for transactions on Google Cloud Marketplace, and promoted across TD SYNNEX’s global network of partners.
As organizations rapidly adopt AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Llama, managing data privacy and ensuring compliance remain a strategic priority for enterprise leaders. Wald is addressing this need by providing solutions that empower employees to securely leverage AI assistants at work.
According to Wald’s platform data, as of May 2025, 40% of user prompts included sensitive data — a 14% jump from just three months earlier. Even more concerning, 85% of sensitive prompts contained trade secrets or employee information. These figures reveal a critical security blind spot: users are becoming more cautious with surface-level identifiers, but they tend to overlook business data leaks to AI models.
Wald is currently deployed across industries including financial services, healthcare, legal, education and manufacturing. These new partnerships expand the company’s reach to enterprise buyers looking for frictionless procurement, proven infrastructure, and trusted reseller support.
“As organizations race to adopt generative AI, they’re discovering that the challenge isn’t just access — it’s control,” said Vinay Goel, CEO of Wald. “We enable teams to innovate with confidence, without leaking trade secrets, customer data, or regulatory exposure.”
"As demand for generative AI continues to grow, partners are looking for secure, scalable solutions that protect IP and support compliance.," said Tanuj Raja, SVP, Hyperscaler and Marketplace, North America at TD SYNNEX. “With Wald.ai added to our comprehensive vendor portfolio, we are empowering our partners to navigate these challenges with confidence and bring AI opportunities to life with security at the forefront."
Legacy data loss prevention (DLP) tools weren’t built for the real-time, free-form nature of generative AI. However, Wald’s context-aware redaction engine is specifically designed for this environment, dramatically reducing false positives and false negatives while keeping AI adoption safe, efficient and compliant.
“Bringing Wald.ai to Google Cloud Marketplace will help customers quickly deploy, manage, and grow the data protection platform on Google Cloud's trusted, global infrastructure," said Dai Vu, Managing Director, Marketplace & ISV GTM Programs at Google Cloud. “Wald.ai can now securely scale and support customers on their digital transformation journeys.”
Wald helps businesses safely create content, generate code, or query documents, without exposing personally identifiable information (PII) or other proprietary data. The platform provides seamless access to leading AI models, alongside the ability to build secure Custom Assistants using internal knowledge bases. All user data processed by Wald is end-to-end encrypted to ensure no outside party, including Wald, can ever access it.
“In regulated industries, the cost of getting it wrong is steep,” added Goel. “With TD SYNNEX and our availability on Google Cloud Marketplace, we’re accelerating safe AI adoption at scale, and giving organizations the guardrails they critically need.”
